Overview of Sites

Tropical Fish

Killifish, catfish, plecostomus, planted tanks. An obsession. I currently keep more that 100 aquariums of different sizes. I would have more if I had room.

Gardening

We have about an acre in the NE Atlanta town of Lawrenceville. Every year we plant a big garden with vegetables, herbs and flowers. Lots of native perennials spread out around the property. Pictures and growing information on what is working for us.

Nature Trips

There are some really great nature parks and recreation sites in Georgia. The above picture is from a park up on the border with Alabama in NW Georgia. Great falls and hiking trails. This and other nature adventures will be found on this site. Lots of pictures to entice you to get out and see nature.

Suburban Wildlife

Every backyard can be an adventure. Himmingbirds, birds, strange bugs and spiders, and all kinds of animals can be found or attracted with just a little effort. Learn what all you can have living and visiting on your little piece of ground.
